Dean E. Norris worked with Wichita State University and Professional Engineering Consultants as the mechanical prime contractor for the utility tunnel project. Dean E. Norris crews worked in the utility tunnels on WSU campus that supplies chilled water and steam to several buildings. The project included replacing old pipe supports, reinsulating steam and chilled piping, and installing new pipe anchors and ball joints for the steam piping.
